1. Products

Where can I find Reeling & Healing Midwest apparel and accessories?

Currently, the only place to find Reeling & Healing Midwest apparel and accessories is on www.reelingandhealingmidwest.org. We do sell our product at our retreat programs and events during the year. Check out our website's Program pages for dates at www.reelingandhealingmidwest.org or www.reelingandhealing.org.

Is my purchase tax deductible?

Reeling & Healing of the Midwest, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is a public charity. Donations made to Reeling & Healing of the Midwest or Reeling & Healing Midwest are tax deductible, however the amount paid for merchandise is generally not tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor for more information.

I do not see the product or size that I want to purchase?

Availability of items may change depending on inventory and season.

How do your products fit?

Please note that most product descriptions refer to the general sizing chart listed on the menu bar. Sizes and fits vary by item. Some item descriptions offer size differences and suggestions. Please read through descriptions carefully for notations.

You don't offer apparel that fits me. Why not?

We are continually evaluating our sizing needs and availability. We try to offer a range of sizes, and we apologize that our some of our products are not available in extended sizes. We know this can be frustrating. We thank you for your patience and hope to offer a broader range of sizes in the future.

Is there a product guarantee?

Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects. We will accept any unworn, unwashed defective product for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Proof of purchase is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.

2. Ordering & Payment Methods

Can I order by check/money order?

Yes. You may process your order through the store and select the "Print and Call" option. This option informs Reeling & Healing Midwest of your order and the product you request is taken out of inventory and placed "On-Hold" for 10 days as we wait for your check/money order payment. Once your payment is received and has been confirmed, your order will be shipped. If payment is not received nor cleared within 10 days of purchase date, your order will be cancelled and inventory returned to stock.

We do accept credit card orders and payments by phone. You can reach Customer Service at 616-855-4017. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

All orders are required to be processed through the website store. We do not accept mail request for items. Phone Customer Service with questions regarding ordering at 616-855-4017.

Can I order by phone/mail?

Phone orders are accepted. We accept Mail orders that are processed through the website store only. Orders not phoned in or processed through the site cannot be guaranteed and/or processed. Please visit www.shop.reelingandhealing.org to place an order. Orders not processed through the site and received at Reeling & Healing Midwest will be returned to the sender and you will be encouraged to visit the website to place your order or to phone it in.

Is your website secure when I am entering my credit card?

Yes, our checkout pages are secure for your credit card information. We use PayPal for credit card processing.

Order Confirmations via email

You should receive an order confirmation via email to the email address you provided during check-out.

You should also receive a ship confirmation via email once your order ships. This email will provide you with a tracking number, when applicable.

The emails are sent from shop@reelingandhealing.org. Please add this to your address book if you have email spam blocker protection. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service 616-855-4017. Our hours of service are 10am-3pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Phone Order Confirmations

You will be provided a confirmation number and a copy will be mailed if you do not have email. We will phone you when your purchase is shipped.

Order Cancellations & Hold Status

In case your order must be cancelled or is placed On Hold, you will be notified via email. If you think you should have already received your order or a ship confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service to verify your order. You should always receive a notification of any cancellation or hold status.

I live outside of the United States. How can I see the purchase amount in my currency, not US Dollars?

Exchange rates change daily. You can use this tool, Yahoo! Currency Converter , for the most up-to-date way to convert your currency to US Dollars.

What is a CVV number?

The CVV number is a security code which merchants use to ensure that the cardholder is actually placing the order. On Mastercard and Visa cards, the CVV number is a three-digit code located on the back of the card, usually on the signature line. On American Express cards, the CVV number is a four-digit code on the front of the card, located above the credit card number.

3. Shipping

How will my purchase be shipped?

Item(s) will ship best way available with a tracking number. For specific questions regarding shipping call 616-855-4017.

When will my items be shipped?

Order fulfillment is one day to two weeks depending upon stock. Call for your estimated ship date.

4. Returns

May I return or exchange my merchandise?

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and require a receipt for the purchased merchandise. Please phone Customer Service at 616-855-4017 to discuss any questions concerning this policy.

5. Trouble with Order

There seems to be an issue with my credit card, but I don't think this is true. What is happening?

There are issues with different credit cards for various reasons. Please check that your bill-to name and address appears exactly as it does on a statement from your financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number and expiration date are correct. Please call your financial institution to verify your information. Our Customer Service Team is available from 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday for any questions regarding your specific order.

I am having trouble placing my order. Is there a number I can call for help?

Please let our Customer Service Team assist you in completing your order. The numbers are 866-237-5725 for domestic calls or 616-855-4017. The hours of service are 10am-3pm EST, Monday through Friday. Please leave a voice mail if phoning after hours or on weekends.

6. Online Donations

Every individual, organization or company that donates to Reeling & Healing Midwest will receive a document of confirmation as required by the IRS.
